It’s hard relocating when, it’s forced upon you. I thought of relocating to Jacksonville for awhile but, I wanted to be a part of the reconstruction.

My relatives had never been out of New Orleans and were really apprehensive about coming to where I lived (omaha) but my wife finally convinced them. They stayed with us for couple of months before returning.

I sat at home watching to news rocking my newborn and crying. I am still haunted by the images of those little babies. I will remember it as long as I live.
